You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use gk9. One account per person. False information during registration results in immediate account closure.
All transactions are processed in MYR. Minimum deposit RM 30, minimum withdrawal RM 20. Withdrawals require completed identity verification. Processing times vary by method.
All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion results in forfeiture and account suspension.
All bets are final once confirmed. gk9 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on suspended markets, or where system errors have occurred. Maximum bet limits apply per market.
gk9 may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, suspected fraud, chargebacks, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or where required by the platform's licensing obligations.
Members may set deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion from within their account. gk9 supports responsible gaming and requires members to play within their means.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through gk9, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms that apply to bonuses you claim.
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform and must not register an Account.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and gk9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications and agreements, whether written or oral.
By completing the gk9 registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out herein.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. gk9 strictly prohibits access by or on behalf of persons under the age of 21. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Identity Verification. gk9 may require you to provide proof of age and identity at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of Funds pending resolution.
3.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. gk9 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. Registering from a restricted jurisdiction is a violation of these Terms.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from online gambling platforms are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on gk9. If you have previously self-excluded and you believe your Account should be restricted, contact us immediately at [email protected].
21+ ONLY. Underage gambling is illegal. Any Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all associated Funds may be forfeited. gk9 reserves the right to report underage gambling to relevant authorities.
4.1 One Account Per Person. You may only register and maintain one Account on gk9. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names or mobile numbers by the same individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must not register using a false name, a name other than your legal name as per your identification document, or any information intended to deceive gk9 or circumvent our verification procedures.
4.3 Account Currency. All gk9 Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). gk9 does not offer multi-currency accounts. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in MYR.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any Funds held therein to any other person.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
5.2 You must notify gk9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. gk9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.3 gk9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. All login sessions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
5.4 gk9 will never contact you by telephone, email, or live chat to request your Account password. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
All deposits to your gk9 Account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. gk9 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. gk9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method selected.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as dormant. An administrative fee of RM 10 per month may be applied to dormant Account balances. Members will be notified prior to dormancy fees being applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
gk9 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, and other methods as listed on the deposit page. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. You must not fund your Account from proceeds of any unlawful activity.
7.1 Bet Finality. All bets and wagers are final and binding once confirmed by the gk9 system. You cannot cancel, amend, or withdraw a bet after confirmation, except where expressly permitted by specific product rules (such as Cash Out functionality in Sportsbook where offered).
7.2 Void Bets. gk9 reserves the right to void any bet placed: (a) as a result of an obvious pricing or odds error; (b) on a market that was suspended at the time the bet was placed; (c) where a system or technical error has affected the bet; or (d) where gk9 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms. Voided bets are refunded to your Account balance at the original stake.
7.3 Maximum Bet Limits. Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per member account. gk9 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its sole discretion, including reducing maximum bet limits for Members identified as consistent winners. Such limits are applied in accordance with commercial practice among licensed gaming operators.
7.4 Game Malfunction. In the event of a game or server malfunction, gk9's decision on the outcome of affected bets is final. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this is an industry-standard principle applied across all gk9 Casino and Slots products.
7.5 Responsible Gambling. All gaming on gk9 must be conducted for entertainment purposes within the Member's personal financial means. Gambling with funds you cannot afford to lose is not permitted. gk9 provides responsible gaming tools to assist all Members in managing their play.
8.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
8.3 Bonus Abuse. gk9 prohibits any strategy, behaviour, or pattern of play intended to exploit bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between Members, and using bonus funds on games that do not contribute to wagering requirements. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus balances forfeited.
8.4 gk9 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to any obligations imposed by applicable licensing conditions.
You must not use the gk9 Platform to engage in any of the following:
Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
10.1 All content on the gk9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, and interface design — is the exclusive property of gk9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without gk9's prior written consent.
11.1 gk9's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 gk9 may be required to share Member information with regulatory authorities, licensing bodies, or law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures are made without requiring your separate consent where legally mandated.
12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gk9 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or suitability for any particular purpose.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gk9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, network failure, or service interruption.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
13.1 gk9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable Members to manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all Members from within the Account dashboard:
13.2 Reducing or removing a deposit limit requires a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the change takes effect. Self-exclusion, once activated for a period exceeding 6 months, cannot be reversed by the Member during the exclusion period. Contact [email protected] to discuss longer-term exclusion options.
13.3 If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, please seek assistance. gk9 supports responsible gaming and encourages all Members to play within their means and for entertainment purposes only.
14.1 gk9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent activity has occurred or is suspected; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated; (d) the Account holder does not meet eligibility requirements; or (e) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other Members, or to regulatory compliance.
14.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause, gk9 may withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Balances found to be legitimately owed following investigation will be returned via the Member's original deposit method, less any amounts properly deducted in accordance with these Terms.
14.3 A Member may request Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary Account closure will be processed within 5 business days, with any remaining real-money balance withdrawn to the Member's nominated payment method.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the gk9 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which gk9's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through gk9's internal complaints process may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under the applicable gaming licence.
15.2 Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
16.1 gk9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to active Members via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by regulatory obligation or to address a material security threat.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
